Hello everyone, I want to share some updates.
Our manufacturers have informed us that they have recently moved warehouses where we had our remaining palettes from the Tropical Nights collection; I did not see any issues because they typically take about a week to arrive; however, they have informed me that they are experiencing delays in unpacking everything. A portion of the remaining stock (just the pressed pigment palette) has already been sent to us, and they should arrive next week. So, if you already have your tracking number but don’t see any movement or updates after Wednesday, October 2nd, here’s why. I promise I’m urging them every day to get this resolved as soon as possible.
I truly apologize for this issue; it has been one struggle after another. I completely understand if you wish to cancel your order. If you do, please send us an email at help@itsbelcosmetics.com. This applies to orders that haven’t been packed or shipped yet, so I recommend waiting until Wednesday.
Since we have stock on our website, I have extended the closing date until October 15. The production of the Under the Full Moon palettes is still ongoing. Once again, I sincerely apologize for everything I can imagine is both annoying and worrying. I’ll keep posting updates, thank you so much for the understanding.
