Shipping Policy - PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING.
Our estimated shipping time is 5-7 working days after 2-7 processing working days. Please allow 48-72 hours for tracking information to update. This is ONLY on regular orders, pre orders will have the shipping time announced. If any delays arise that we can't comply with the regular shipping time it will be announced also.
The company will provide the information related to the postal service, including estimated delivery dates and costs. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs. Free shipping will be available for Puerto Rico and United States on orders of $75.00 or more (excludes taxes). We offer Free International shipping on orders $100 or more. Orders less then $100.00 will have the USPS Default Rates. Please understand that we DO NOT control the shipping costs of USPS. We do not include or cover customs.
The company will not be responsible for wrong or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, lost or stolen packages, delays or damages to the product or packaging caused by the weather, and any damages caused by the postal service during the handling or delivery process, if any of these situations arise and the customer has purchased the Route Protection, please contact them to open a claim here: https://claims.route.com/

If the customer has not purchased the Route Protection, a direct claim with USPS needs to be filed, the customer needs to present the following information within 5 days of the package being marked as delivered or not updated:
Pictures of the damaged items
Proof of tracking number not updating
If package is lost or stolen an investigation needs to be opened with USPS, we are not responsible for how long they take to manage the situation.
All international orders need to have the Route Shipping Protection, orders that don't will be refunded.
The company will not be responsible for the faithful and strict compliance with shipping dates and will not be bound by any guarantee for these purposes. Delays and special circumstances in processing known by the company will be properly announced. If your package is delivered to a mail station and you fail to pick it up and it's returned to us we are not responsible for covering the shipping charges if the customer decides they want the item returned/ re shipped.
