Shipping Policy - PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING.

SHIPPING POLICY

Our shipping time frame is 14 days, excluding weekends and holidays, from when the tracking number is sent. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for tracking information to be updated. This only applies to regular orders; pre-orders will have their shipping times announced. We will notify you if there are any delays that prevent us from meeting the regular shipping time.

The company will provide postal-related information, such as estimated delivery dates and costs. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs. Orders of $100.00 or more will qualify for free shipping (excluding taxes) to Puerto Rico and the United States. We offer free international shipping on orders of $150.00 or more. Please understand that we have no control over USPS shipping costs. We do not include or cover customs and taxes.

The company will not be liable for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, or for lost or stolen packages. The company will not be liable for the faithful and strict adherence to shipping dates and will not be bound by any guarantee for this purpose. The company will properly announce any delays or special circumstances in processing.

We've installed Guide Shipping Protection (some orders are still protected by Route). This option is available throughout the checkout process; all international purchases must include Guide for us to ship them. Please keep in mind that if you decline Guide shipping protection, USPS service does include insurance (domestic orders only), but the process will be slow and annoying, and the customer will be responsible for filing their own claim because they will most likely ask you to take evidence to a post office, so we strongly advise you to add Guide shipping protection, which is faster and friendlier. If the package is delivered to a post office, apartment, house, etc, and you fail to pick it up, it will be returned to us, and we will not be liable for covering the shipping costs if the client decides to return/re-ship the item. This includes packages returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses, as well as any other reason for the package's return. Please keep in mind that once a shipping label has been created, addresses cannot be changed or updated, and orders cannot be canceled. Shipping costs, shipping insurance, taxes, and customs fees are not refunded or included in store credit.

If the Shop app is used to make the purchase and the customer does not add Guide shipping protection or Route shipping protection, the customer must open a claim with USPS.
