Shipping Policy - PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING.
Our estimated shipping time is 14 days after 7 days processing time, this means we have 7 days to process and print your label and 14 to pack your order and drop it off at the mail station. Please allow 48-72 hours for tracking information to update. This is ONLY on regular orders, pre orders will have the shipping time announced. If any delays arise that we can't comply with the regular shipping time it will be announced.
The company will provide the information related to the postal service, including estimated delivery dates and costs. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs. Free shipping will be available for Puerto Rico and United States on orders of $100.00 or more (excludes taxes). We offer Free International shipping on orders $150.00 or more. Orders less then $150.00 will have the USPS Priority Mail Rates which includes insurance. Please understand that we DO NOT control the shipping costs of USPS. We do not include or cover customs or taxes.
The company will not be responsible for wrong or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, lost or stolen packages.
The customer needs to present the following information within 5 days of the package being delivered to open a claim if the items arrive damaged:
Pictures/Videos of the damaged items
Proof of tracking number not updating
Once a claim has been filed, we reserve the right to decide whether to give a replacement, store credit, or refund. Shipping expenses, shipping insurance, taxes, and customs are not refunded or included in store credit.
If the package is lost or stolen an investigation needs to be opened with USPS, we are not responsible for how long they take to manage the situation.
The company will not be responsible for the faithful and strict compliance with shipping dates and will not be bound by any guarantee for these purposes. Delays and special circumstances in processing known by the company will be properly announced.
If the package is delivered to a post office and you fail to pick it up and it is returned to us, we are not liable for covering the shipping expenses if the client decides they want the item returned/re-shipped. This covers packages returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses, as well as any other cause for the package being returned. Please understand that once a shipping label is created addresses cannot be updated/changed and orders cannot be canceled.
