Shipping Policy - PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING.

SHIPPING POLICY

Our shipping time frame is 14 days, excluding weekends and holidays, from the time the tracking number is sent. Please allow 48-72 hours for tracking information to update. This is ONLY on regular orders, pre orders will have the shipping time announced. If any delays arise that we can't comply with the regular shipping time it will be announced.

The company will provide the information related to the postal service, including estimated delivery dates and costs. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs. Free shipping will be available for Puerto Rico and United States on orders of $100.00 or more (excludes taxes). We offer Free International shipping on orders $150.00 or more. Please understand that we DO NOT control the shipping costs of USPS. We do not include or cover customs or taxes.

The company will not be responsible for wrong or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, lost or stolen packages.

 If the package is lost or stolen an investigation needs to be opened with USPS, we are not responsible for how long they take to manage the situation.

The company will not be responsible for the faithful and strict compliance with shipping dates and will not be bound by any guarantee for these purposes. Delays and special circumstances in processing known by the company will be properly announced.

We have reinstalled Route shipment protection, which many of you are already knowledgeable about. This option is accessible throughout the checkout process; all overseas purchases must include Route in order for us to ship them. Please keep in mind that if you decline Route protection, USPS service does include insurance, but the process will be slow and annoying, to say the least, and the customer will be responsible for filing their own claim because they will likely ask you to take evidence to a post office, so we strongly recommend adding Route protection, which is faster and friendlier. If the Shop app is used to make make the purchase and the customer declines Route, all claims must be done by the customer on the USPS website.

If the package is delivered to a post office, apartment, house, etc, and you fail to pick it up and it is returned to us, we are not liable for covering the shipping expenses if the client decides they want the item returned/re-shipped. This covers packages returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses, as well as any other cause for the package being returned. Please understand that once a shipping label is created addresses cannot be updated/changed and orders cannot be canceled. Shipping expenses, shipping insurance, taxes, and customs are not refunded or included in store credit.
