I am a hard core It's Bel fan at this point. I have the Flare palette and the Break the Rules palette and it is very hard to say which is best. They both have the most stunning shimmer shadows! If you love a good duochrome or simply a good shimmer shadow, you must try both the Flare and Break the Rules palettes. You will not regret it. The shadows are smooth, bright, very interesting, and simply put STUNNING through and through. run, don't walk to your cart.

This palette is absolutely beautiful! I love all the shades and can’t get enough of duo-chrome shadows like these. I like to use these as toppers with mattes and they are stunning. I’m so glad I was able to get my hands on this.
