4- When will my order be shipped?
We have a 5–7-day shipping time. That means we have up to 7 days to ship your order.
5- What are your shipping rates?
Our rates are a $5.99 Flat Rate on orders less than $45.00 for Puerto Rico and United States. Free shipping will be available for Puerto Rico and United States on orders of $45.00 or more (excludes taxes). We offer Free International shipping on orders $75 or more. Orders less than $75.00 will have the USPS Default Rates.

We have a 2–7-day processing time.

Yes, we are! Our products are never tested on animals. We also do not use any animal derivatives.

You can find all our ingredients list under each product as well as all FDA required disclaimers.
14- Do your products have fragrance/scent?
We will have a disclaimer under every product that contains scent/fragrance for those who are sensitive to it.
15- Is the Break the Rules Palette glitters?
No, the Break the Rules palette is made of pressed pigments.
16- How does the Break the Rules Palette restock work?
Since we are a starting brand, we do restocks by a limited amount of pre orders. You can subscribe to our newsletter to be notified of every update.
17- What payment methods do you offer?
We accept all credit card lines as well as PayPal and Klarna. We also offer accelerated checkouts like Shop Pay, Apple Pay & Google Pay.
18- Where are your products made?
Our products are manufactured in PRC, designs and packaging are made in Puerto Rico.
19- What happens if I don't pick up my package on time from the mail station?
The package will be returned to us, we can resend your package but the customer has to cover the shipping charges.
