1- Are you a registered/trustworthy company?

Yes, we are! We have all our permits up to date and we are a registered LLC company. Any information regarding this you can find it on our Terms & Policy.

4- When will my order be shipped?

Our estimated shipping time is 5-7 working days after 2-7 processing working days. Please allow 48-72 hours for tracking information to update. This in ONLY on regular orders, pre orders will have the shipping time announced. If any delays arise that we can't comply with the regular shipping time it will be announced.


5- What are your shipping rates?

We use Priority Mail Service with USPS, the rates are determined by weight.


6- What is your processing time?

We have a 2–7-day processing time for regular orders. For pre orders it will be announced.

Yes, we are! Our products are never tested on animals. We also do not use any animal derivatives.

You can find all our ingredients list under each product as well as all FDA required disclaimers.


14- Do your products have fragrance/scent?

We will have a disclaimer under every product that contains scent/fragrance for those who are sensitive to it.


15- Is the Break the Rules Palette glitters?

No, the Break the Rules palette is made of pressed pigments.


16- How does your pre orders restock work?

Since we are a starting brand, we do restocks by a limited amount of pre orders. You can subscribe to our newsletter to be notified of every update.


17- What payment methods do you offer?

We accept all credit card lines as well as PayPal and Klarna (Not available at the moment). We also offer accelerated checkouts like Shop Pay, Apple Pay & Google Pay.


18- Where are your products made?

Our products are manufactured in PRC, designs and packaging are made in Puerto Rico.


19- What happens if I don't pick up my package on time from the mail station?

The package will be returned to us, we can resend your package but the customer has to cover the shipping charges.
